Two Week Trial Policy for the JodyJazz Norteño Mouthpiece:

For a full refund the mouthpiece must be returned to us within two weeks of the day that we ship it. That means you need to leave time for the mouthpiece to travel back to us within two weeks.) In the event of a return you will be charged $7.50 for shipping, if you received free shipping. If you paid for expedited shipping we will refund the price of the mouthpiece only.

If you would like more time with the mouthpiece during the trial period you may opt to pay for the quicker shipping method: USPS Express Mail.

Things to bear in mind:

We are located in Savannah, GA. USPS Priority Mail takes about 2 to 3 business days within the United States. However, this does not include weekends or holidays. Therefore in order to have the mouthpiece back to us within two weeks from the day we ship you may have only 2 or 3 days to try the mouthpiece. The return rate is very low on the Norteno but we want you to be aware of your options.

Overseas Shipping:

Shipping and Handling for Canada is $18.95 USD for USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days from the day we ship.

International Shipping and Handling is $32.95 USD, for USPS Global Express. International 3-6 business days from the day we ship. (Includes Europe, Asia, South America, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean).
