"I am new to Alto Saxophone and have used several mouthpieces including a Yamaha 4C and Selmer s80 C*.
These were reasonable but I wanted a darker sound so I decided to upgrade to a JodyJazz HR* CUSTOM DARK Alto 6 mouthpiece.
Because the tip opening was larger than I was used Jody advised that I may need a softer reed than the Legere Signature 3 I'd been using. This was good advise and I found that a Legere American Cut 2.25 reed works really well for me. I am delighted with my new JodyJazz mouthpiece."
