John Laughter on the SUPER JET Tenor 8*

"I tried the #10* and #9* then the 8*. I had played a 120 tip for years and enjoyed it. The 8* (for me) with a plastic reed and a Rovner silver Platinum ligature raises the roof in every party music venue that I play. I often have to back off the mic to fill the room. It is a fun m/p to play. Never had a mouthpiece since 1956 that is as flexible as this one. Just glad that Jody and staff produced this design. Need volume? This one will do it for sure yet very sweet on ballads when needed. Thanks JodyJazz!"
