"Once again a JodyJazz mouthpiece is as good as advertised. The Quasar has everything you would look for in a quality mouthpiece. It is brighter than the Super Jet but also has an awesome subtone sound as well if you are going to play in a small venue. I have never been a big altissimo person in my 40 years of playing alto saxophone but I can play that zone pretty easy now so this has challenged me to refresh my memory with the altissimo fingering chart. Great design and the vibratable sets this piece apart from Jody's other brands."
