Pedro Serrano Rodriguez Biography

Pedro Serrano Rodriguez, professionally known as Papolin Sax, is a professional saxophonist with extensive international touring experience in Latin music. He is currently a touring saxophonist with global Latin artist Elvis Crespo, performing on major stages and at festivals worldwide.

His previous musical affiliations include performances and tours with Bad Bunny during the World’s Hottest Tour, as well as collaborations with Grupo Manía, a Grammy-nominated merengue group, and Tonny Tun Tun.

During his career as a saxophonist, he has had the opportunity to work with different Latin artists such as Elvis Crespo, Tonny Tun Tun, Olga Tañón, Limi-T 21, Grupo Manía, Toño Rosario, and many more.

In recording and production, he has also worked on numerous studio sessions with well-known Latin artists. Recently, he worked on Elvis Crespo’s new album Poeta Herío (Colmadito Edition), which is nominated for Premios Lo Nuestro, as an arranger, producer, and saxophonist.

Known for his powerful tone, versatility, and musicality, Pedro Serrano Rodriguez (Papolin Sax) specializes in salsa, merengue, and contemporary Latin styles. His work as a live and studio musician reflects a strong commitment to excellence, consistency, and high-level performance in demanding professional settings.

He currently lives in New Jersey and is working on new projects, including his upcoming solo album, CONEXIÓN.
