It’s so much easier to blow, my embouchure is much more relaxed, and my breath problem has gone.
"Recently got this new mouthpiece following Jody’s recommendation, and wow, what a difference ! I had been playing on a different brand 5* mouthpiece, but struggled with a tight embouchure and needing to exhale before taking a breath. I was happy with the tone, but it was too hard blowing for any length of time. With the JodyJazz HR* mouthpiece and a slightly stronger reed, the tone is just as good, but it’s like playing a different instrument, - it’s so much easier to blow, my embouchure is much more relaxed, and my breath problem has gone. I can reach a wider range of notes now, and overtones and bending notes is even easier.
