I received today my mouthpiece!
When I open up the box I was instantly impressed by the stunning looks and design of it. It's the best looking mouthpiece I ever owned!
I was at work when I received it and I couldn't wait to go home and try it.
My impressions?
Within the first 10 seconds of playing with it I knew this was something special!
It looks fantastic with my Yanagisawa WO1 soprano and Silverstein ligature. See photo attached.
But the most striking difference I observed with all other mouthpieces I have tried so far is the ease by which I can play in the altisimo register and sound in tune and have a truly beautiful soprano sound.
Throughout all registers the sound is solid and gorgeous and I might add smooth like silk. The reed seats perfectly in the table of the mouthpiece and there are no airy sounds. Just pure sound!
So in short I'm impressed and I want to thank you for creating such a great mouthpiece. It feels you did put your mind and heart into it. It feels so!
