"The HR* Alto mouthpiece I got for my alto is exactly what I was hoping for it to be. A beautiful sounding and comfortably playing first upgrade from my cheap stock mouthpiece. It seems very reed-friendly, I've used both cane and synthetic reeds in various cuts with no issues. A lot of people go for Meyers, but I read that these fill a similar niche, so I chose to try one out. I can't make that comparison myself, but I can say that it plays exactly how I hoped!"
