Jody Jazz was highly recommended to me when I was purchasing a professional mouthpiece for one of my school tenor saxes. I ordered it and then saw that they had charged sales tax for the school purchase, and as soon as I called them, they corrected it immediately. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I've been notified that the mouthpiece has already shipped and I ordered it less than 24 hours ago.
